Importance of stress management

Stress is part and parcel of our lives right now, and it is becoming ever more important to manage the stress levels that we feel on a daily basis. Students are continually facing the pressure of performing well, as a god academic score translates to getting through a reputed college or university, which in turn opens more doors to higher education or a well paying job.
There is the added stress of increasing costs, balancing work and personal life, and maintaining relationships in this fast moving world. We are getting so used to stress that we might not even notice the level of anxiety we face every day, but it is essential that we take a step back and evaluate our lives.

However, it is important to understand that while some of these things may provide us monetary relief by wiping out sentience, they are not permanent solutions to the problem. If we want to continue living, we must take stress every now and then.
